HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 Driver Download. HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 Driver is one of the largest peripheral A4 inkjet multifunction (MFP) I have. It was largely to design an ordinary printer which issued the paper away from you into the 150-sheet tray (most inkjet printers to print to your direction). The top contains a flatbed scanner with a 50-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF).
HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 Driver is perfectly set for a busy small office, with support for wired and wireless networking, and a USB host port for walk-up print and scan jobs. High speed, with HP claims up to 24 pages per minute (ppm) for black printing A4 and 20ppm for color. The paper tray holds 250 sheets, but if you need to expand you can add another paper tray for 500 pages.
Both printer and scanner support automatic duplexing, so you can print, scan, copy or fax two-sided documents. Also, with this being 2016, there was a large color touchscreen for control, and NFC to pair quickly and easily with mobile devices.
It’s a relatively small nagging side, there is a lot to like about the HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 Driver. This is a very fast printer, giving the test of our black text at 21.4 pages per minute (ppm), and the quality of the draft reached 25.4ppm – faster than the speed claimed HP. Color prints are impressively fast, too: 8.6ppm on graphics-heavy tests we are above average. Fortunately, this speed does not come at the cost of quality: crisp and dark black text, and a powerful graphics and free from grains or scratches clear – although I did see a small amount of bleed through on paper 80gsm test us.
HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 Driver has a copy quality is also very high, with a single copy took about 14 seconds, and 10-page mono copies just 65 seconds. The same job in color takes 90 seconds, which is still pretty fast. Scan Performance somewhat less impressive: while (dpi) A4 300 dots per inch scan took just nine seconds, no waiting 46 seconds for a 600dpi scan photos. I am not a fan of overly simplified TWAIN scanning interface HP, where 150dpi scans are typically not available. This MFP also failed to scan at 1200 dpi unless I finish the first preview and, as always, scan 600dpi and above seems to have sharpened digitally, without an opt-out.
